Here's the Happy Graduation card I came up with and, "Yes, it is a guy card." The stamp set used is
Uncharted Territory. It has so many possibilities. It could be a Happy Father's Day card. I really don't want this one to go away but it is not going to be in the new annual catalog coming out on June 1st. I am sure they will have another even prettier set for us to use! The idea for this card comes from a Stampin' UP demonstrator's site: www.jillstamps.com The technique used is called the twisted easel card! Shop

This is my first time to make an angle card like this. This was my first opportunity to do it. You have to have something on the card to hold it when you fold it to make it stand up.like I have with the Happy Graduation sentiment! I used 4 layers of card stock.
On the back of the card I stamped another sentiment on Whisper White card stock. That was a little unusual but I wanted to include one and that was the only place left. All surfaces covered, I guess! I will add some more embellishments to give it some bling! Twine or eyelets?
I added something. Do you see it? Does it make much difference? A finishing touch, maybe?

Leave a comment and let me know what you think about this card. I have a Stamp-A-Stack Class coming up on Saturday, May 12 and this will be one of the cards we will be making. Email me at 4UIPRAY@COX.NET to let me know if you plan to attend. For 8 cards total the cost is only $17.00. That is a very good deal because with the exception of adhesive, I supply all you need to complete the cards including envelopes..
"Know that the Lord is God. It is he who made us and we are his..." Psalm 100:3
I will see you soon!
