I have really stepped out of my comfort zone today making this card and I think you will agree, it is pretty! I am so glad Stamping UP! makes available to us the exclusive tools and supplies that we can use to make something really pretty.
I used the following:Card Stock: Cajun Craze, Perfect Plum, Always Artichoke and Natural Whites
Ink Pads and Watercolor Wonder Crayons: Jet Black StazOn, Basic Black, Cajun Craze, Garden Green & Elegant Eggplant
Stamp Sets: Bordering on Romance and Happiest Birthday Wishes
Accessories: Edgelits Adorning Accents (#125595), Textured Impressions Embossing Folders Adorning Accents (#125601), Blender Pens (#102845), Antique Brads (#117273), Stampin' Dimensionals (#104430), White Satin Ribbon (#114616) & the pearls are not Stampin' Up (I happened to have these on hand.)
This card is all about water coloring and I love it! It makes the artist in me come out! I was pleased how easy it came together once I knew I what I wanted to do. This is not as easy as the other cards I have shared but worth the effort. Tell me what you think, okay?

ReplyDeleteWow, you really spent a lot of time adding those pearls but it sure adds a nice finishing touch. Great job!
ReplyDeleteActually, no, I didn't they come in strips and you just put as many as you need to. It was easy. But it does finish off this card with pizzazz. Thanks for visiting my blog.
ReplyDeleteI meant to say it not I--my typing skills aren't very good.
